Independent Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator

Who’d have thought I’d get to go to Stampin’ Up! Regionals in Adelaide and get to get up on stage and show the other demonstrators one of the cards that I have made ( SCARY STUFF). I haven’t got nervous yet ( still trying to make 50 of the cards so everyone gets one though).

So here’s the card for those who aren’t going

Adelaide REgional WOW project

Adelaide Regional WOW project

The only thing different about the one for Regionals is that I didn’t do the grass on them I sponged instead.

For those of you that want to make this card it is very simple I used:

Stamp Set: Any Sentiment Stamp you want

Ink: Bashful Blue, Wild Wasabi ( Sponging)

Card: Certainly Celery, Soft Sky, Close to Cocoa, Not Quite Navy, Brilliant Blue, Whisper White, Basic Black.

Accessories: Linen Thread, Dimensionals, Scallop Punch, 5 Petal Flower Punch, Word Window Punch, White Pen, Snail, Crop a Dile, Sticky Strip, Sponges

Little Tip- the Scallop punch is the Sheep and the 5 Petal Flower is the head and the legs of the sheep.

Baa…Baa White Sheep

Baa...Baa White Sheep!

Baa...Baa White Sheep!

How Cute are these two sheep, I’m doing one of Alisa’s Challenges again.(She sets some interesting ones).

Let me know what you think of my cute sheep, they are done with punches of course as that what the challenge was.

The Sheep are made with the five pointed flower punch and the scallop punch.. Fence posts are made with the word window punch. I made the grass by making a fringe in some wild wasabi card stock, and used some twine to make the wire of the fence. I might send this card to my brother for his birthday next month…. See you soon with be back after the weekend with more creations.. TADAFN..

How Cute are these two!!!

Claira & Sarah

Claira & Sarah

This is my daughter Claira(3) and her first cousin Sarah(2). Sarah came for a play this morning while her Mum was at a CPR course, they had a ball, Sarah loved this hat that Claira always wears and the fabulous Little Pony Sunnies that always show up when people are here…….. Just thought I’d show how cute they are together.

Back on Deck!!

I’ve just had the most wonderful week at the “Cleve field Days” with Alisa, I made the free Make ‘n’ Take cards, I’d take a photo but I gave them all to my Mum for having my DS (5) and DD (3) for the week. I have a photo of our site, we had a door prize for the first two days with  two lovely ladies winning them, one from Elliston and one from Pt Lincoln.
I made over 100 cards for the 3 days event, we sold quite a few of them but not all.  I have learnt some water-colouring tips from Alisa ( that’s one of the reasons I agreed to do the field days to learn from Alisa) and some chalking techniques so I think I’m going to add a newsletter  for all my customers so I can pass on the knowledge and keep in touch with everyone. So keep a check on this site for the sign up sections I will get it soon…… Let me know if you’d be interested in joining up…. Thanks and Bye for now XXXX Lorrae

WOW! isn’t that a scary thought that “Father’s Day” is only just around the corner. I’ve had some wonderful help from my DD (3yrs) making my cards. I left my supplies on my desk while I answered the phone, came back and she had got to my snail and stuck things where I didn’t want them. (sigh… lucky the snail take awhile to really hold). Anyway what do you think of my cards:

Father's Day Shirt
Father’s Day Shirt

I have used:

Card stock: Going Grey,Summer Sun, Basic Black(Cuttle-bug embossed), Prints Designer Series Paper

Ink: Not Quite Navy

Stamps: Genuine Article, Happy Father’s Day (All Year Cheer II, discontinued)

Here is another Cyberstamp that Alisa has set for July this is the first one it’s a Limited Supply challenge what do you think???

Our Challenge was:                        1 Stamp set

                                                      2 Coulours

                                                      1 Neutral Colour

                                                      1 Embellishment( eg Ribbon, Hardware)

Well I used Elegant Eggplant, Whisper White Card, Summer Sun & Regal Rose Ink, Jumbo Eyelet, Whisper White Craft Pad So I think I have qualified in yhis one what do you think???

As I could use another stamp set I have left a place to put so wording later.
